Over the next few years, Germany will have to respond to enormous transformation requirements. As a result, the professional and personal demands on employees and their managers will also change at an accelerated pace. Investment in training and further education is required to counteract the growing need for qualifications and the shortage of skilled labour. This joint publication of Working Group 4: Legal Framework and Working Group 5: Work, Education and Training deals with the legal framework for corporate continuing education and skills development in the digitalised world of work.
