The challenge is to transform existing business processes with all participants into digital processes without destroying their unique features and uniqueness. All existing participants need to be hooked into the new digital network in the first setp. This must be processed gentle, affordable and step-by-step. The old business process and the new digital flows must run in parallel, or integrated, so that the companies are not forced for an ad hoc switch of the old processes.
The final construction of the digital network must connect all participants in numerous value chains and all must run automated in parallel. Since the business processes are not sequential in all ways, dynamic changes on the fly must be considered in the flows of the digital network. Changes and extensions of value chains must be possible in a very short time without to harm other value chains or participants. The digital data flow need to be used with data and documents.
