Implementation of autonomously cooperating transportation robots for a consumption controlled material flow in intralogistics

Development of a transportation system that consists of cooperative and autonomous robots to ensure on demand material flow within a production plant. Internal material transports start at incoming goods department, pass several manufacturing departments and end at outbound logistics department (covering ramp to ramp). By introducing an autonomous transportation system manually operated transportation efforts, staging space as well as circulating stocks can be reduced dramatically.
