Industrie 4.0 – How well the law is keeping pace
Introduction
PLATTFORM PUBLICATION - The Legal Framework Work Group (WG 4) has in the past few months systematically identified and formulated what it perceives to be the most significant legal aspects of Industrie 4.0 processes, which are described in this working paper.
The authors concentrated on analysing the application scenarios developed by the Plattform Industrie 4.0 technical work groups. The insight gained into technical possibilities provided by application scenarios was then used to structure the group’s main areas of focus into 17 topics.
