A sustainable transition to digitalisation requires employees and companies to grapple with uncertainties and new challenges relating to work and training. However, a strong and collaborative culture of learning helps them both to navigate these changes and master complexity. This paper sets out recommendations for companies and the workforce, grouped into three categories: “company and management culture”; “organisation and structure”; and “individual ownership and responsibility”.
