Submodel Templates of the Asset Administration Shell - ZVEI Digital Nameplate for industrial equipment (Version 1.0) This Submodel template “Nameplate” for the Asset Administration Shell aims at interoperable provision of nameplate information of an asset by means of a standardised property structure. It targets equipment for process industry and factory automation.
Introduction
These Submodels are suitable for product types as well as (configuration specific) product instances and therefore represent a further development of a technical data sheet. Technical data can be automatically handled in multiple languages and product images can be transmitted. Semantic identifiers can be expressed for all information elements of the Submodel, for example for ECLASS properties.
