The Sino-German Cooperation project on Industrie 4.0 updated this overview together with Zhong Lun Law Firm, it consists of two overviews: The “Overview of the Cybersecurity Landscape for Industrie 4.0” gives a summary on actors involved in the regulation of Cybersecurity in China from the Central Authorities and CPC organisations to administrative bodies, sectoral ministries and commissions as well as technical implementation bodies. The “Overview on Cybersecurity Responsibilities and Regulations” shows what specific responsibilities and laws are assigned to the various actors. Last but not least the document incorporates two tables with the relevant abbreviations and a glossary on technical Chinese terms.
