In connection with the construction of a new final assembly plant for Bender GmbH products, an integrated production system was developed and implemented. By introducing a new production system, it is now possible to implement a manufacturing strategy whereby the product output can be significantly varied in "chaotic" order to produce single-unit batches in the short term.
